Exhibitor-only registration fees are per day and do not provide access to technical sessions, welcome reception, and banquet dinner.

The fee for an additional welcome-reception ticket is $49.00.

The fee for an additional Banquet ticket is $99.00.

Complimentary registrations are provided only to the ICNP 2020 keynote speaker and student volunteers.

Workshop Registration Fees

A registration to one workshop enables attendance of all three parallel workshops. Workshop registration includes a welcome-reception ticket but does not include a banquet ticket. A workshop attendee may purchase a banquet ticket for $99.00.

Registration Policies

Please note: Conference and Workshop registrations are separate and independent: a conference registration does not include workshop attendance (and vice versa). Therefore, in order to attend both the conference and a workshop, attendees are expected to pay both a conference registration and a workshop registration.

For Authors of Regular Conference Papers

Authors are expected to present accepted papers at the conference, and at least one author is required to register, at the full, non-student rate, in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings and the IEEE digital library.

At least one author of each accepted paper must register at the full, non-student conference rate (at either IEEE member or non-member rate); further, a registration can cover up to 3 papers (whether long, short or poster papers).

For Authors of Posters/Demos

At least one of the poster/demo co-authors must be registered for the conference to present the poster/demo. Students may register for the conference at the student rate for presenting posters/demo (if they are not presenting a paper in the conference, which requires a full, non-student registration).

For Authors of Workshop Papers

Authors are expected to present accepted papers at the workshop, and at least one author is required to register at the corresponding workshop.

Registration Modifications

Any modification to the registration should be addressed to the Registration Chairs (regicnp20 -at- gmail -dot- com) with the subject "[ICNP20] Request for Modification of the Registration". See the Refund Policy for more details on modifications concerning the rates and/or registration items.

Refund Policy

All refund requests must be made in writing and must be received no later than September 22, 2020 at 5:00 pm EDT. Requests received before September 22, 2020 at 5:00 pm EDT will receive a full refund less a $100.00 processing fee. No refunds will be processed for those canceling after September 22, 2020 at 5:00 pm EDT.

Visa Invitation Letters

Conference and workshop attendees who need to apply for visa to visit Spain are asked to register first, and then send an email message to the Registrations Chairs (regicnp20 -at- gmail -dot- com) with the subject "[ICNP20] Visa Invitation Request" and stating: (1) full name; (2) postal address; (3) paper/demo/poster title or reason for attending the conference/workshop; (4) registration confirmation number. Requests will be processed and letters sent via reply email within 1-2 business days.
